MAKING A RESERVATION
In order to ensure that Corporate Coach & Limousine will be able to meet your travel needs, please make your reservations at least 24 hours in advance.  Of course every effort will be made to accommodate last minute reservations. All reservations can be phoned in, emailed or faxed to our office. If you need to make a reservation under 24 hours please contact a reservationists at 877-714-7433.

 
 


SERVICES
We provide private, door to door transportation to over 450 Cities World Wide. Our fleet consists of Private Sedans, 10, 8 or 6 passenger limousines, 14 passenger vans and a variety of coach buses depending on the number of people in your party. We ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing safe, reliable and affordable transportation. We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with your travel needs.

When making your reservation, please provide:
Type of Vehicle
Sedan, Limousine, Van, Bus, etc.
Date & Time
The date and time the vehicle is needed for.
# Passengers
The number of people in party.
Amt of Luggage
The number of bags you will be taking.
Airline Info
Airline, Flight Number and City of Origin.
Contact Info
Contact information for passenger(s) traveling.
Return Info
Returning reservation information.
Contact Info
Contact information for person making reservation.
Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards and offer monthly corporate billing accounts.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellations must be received at least three hours prior to the reservation time. The full cost of the transfer will be charged for any cancellation received after the three hour period.


GRATUITIES
An 20% gratuity will be added to all sedan transfers. A 20% gratuity will be added to all Limousine and Van services.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, and offer Monthly Corporate billing accounts.
